I spent the entire day researching a way to create a button, via plugin/active x or some other solution.

This button needs to be placed it our web backend which we created in PHP for our QA personnel. When the QA person clicks this button, it should call the phone number, and then report back if its disconnected, and let the QA person speak to the lead if there is an answer.

Does anyone have a solution?
